The College of Computer Studies at Foundation University serves as a center of innovation, technical
excellence, and meaningful impact. It offers two flagship programs—Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology (BSIT) and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS)—designed to
equip students with the competencies required to thrive in today’s dynamic and fast-paced
technology landscape.
Led by a team of qualified and industry-experienced instructors, the college delivers a well-rounded education that blends theoretical foundations with real-world applications. Faculty members bring both academic depth and practical insight into the classroom, ensuring that students stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the field.
What sets the College apart is its strong emphasis on applied learning and innovation. Even before graduation, many students have already made meaningful contributions to the university community through projects such as:
● The Queueing System – streamlining customer service operations at the Business and
Finance Office
● ArtHimo – an immersive virtual museum showcasing the paintings of Fine Arts students at
Foundation University
● EduFURm – an automation tool that enhances the efficiency of managing school forms in
the Basic Education Department
● Tornare – a mobile app offering a virtual tour experience of the Foundation University
campus
