Two programs: the Master of Arts in Education and the Master of Arts in Business Administration were officially awarded Level I Accreditation Status by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation, Inc. (PACUCOA) on April 06, 2024. This was conferred to Foundation University after a comprehensive accreditation visit last March 14-16 of the same year.
This recognition comes after the unwavering determination of University President Victor Vicente G. Sinco to enforce high standards of learning and education. His steadfast leadership has been pivotal in guiding the institution towards the realization of excellence, commitment, integrity and service. Together with President Sinco is the collective effort of principal faculties Dr. Erlinda Calumpang, dean of the graduate and undergraduate programs in Education, Dr. Ligaya Mae Concepcion, dean of the graduate and undergraduate programs in Business Administration, and the rest of the university officials that have made Foundation University what it is today. Their dedication to uphold exceptional benchmarks in their respective departments have culminated in this success.
At present, the university holds the distinction of a Level III Accreditation Status by PACUCOA on its Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Elementary Education and Secondary Education programs; a Level II Accreditation Status by PAASCU on its Industrial Engineering program; and an Associate Status by PACUCOA on its Broadcast Communication, Biology, Criminology, Hospitality Management and Masters in Public Administration programs. Additionally, the Foundation Preparatory Academy Junior High School has also received a certification from PEAC.
