The Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education is designed to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to teach and nurture young learners at the elementary level. The program emphasizes a holistic approach to education, covering foundational subjects such as language, mathematics, science, and social studies, while also focusing on the developmental, emotional, and social needs of children. Child development, educational psychology, curriculum and instructional design, classroom management, assessment and evaluation, and effective teaching strategies for elementary education. The program also provides specialized knowledge in literacy, numeracy, and other key content areas while preparing students to address diverse learning needs and adapt to various teaching contexts.

Graduates are prepared to work as licensed elementary school teachers, school administrators, education coordinators, or special education teachers. They may also pursue careers in educational consulting, curriculum development, or educational support roles in both public and private schools.
