In the aim to assist the Department of Education (DepEd) in the implementation of its programs, Foundation University has been tasked to train students from three public schools from Negros Oriental partners in the area of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Currently, 63 students from Valencia National High School (Valencia), Tayasan National High School (Tayasan) and Froilan A. Alanano Memorial High School (Dauin) are now deployed in the campus to avail of the training programs specifically in horticulture, housekeeping and bread and pastry.

This partnership among private and public schools is geared towards helping public school students avail of quality trainings using the facilities and equipment of private institutions.

Foundation University, over the past years, has been responsive to the needs of its partner public schools more specifically in the aspect of Technical and Vocational Training and Education and in support of the implementation of the K+12 program under the Department of Education.
