The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) reissued the status, Accredited Competency Assessment Center to Foundation University in 6 specific national competency certificate programs.
As shown in the certifications dated July 21, 2018, FU will serve as Accredited Competency Assessment Center in the following programs: Cookery NC II, Bread and Pastry Production NC II, Food and Beverage Services NC II, Housekeeping NC II, Bookkeeping NC III and Computer Systems Servicing NC II.
This re-issuance of the accredited assessment center status was a result of the University’s compliance to the requirements as well as, the ocular inspection made by officials from TESDA with regards to the facilities. The certification is valid until July 20, 2020.
Just recently, the technical vocational arm of the University now named Kinaadman Institute of Executive and Professional Development, has been relaunched to tailor-fit the current demands of the various work industries. Through the establishment of the said unit, Foundation University has embarked on strengthening the core of its technical and vocational courses.
